No mold or mildew. shipping containers are structurally climate controlled as they are completely sealed. There is no air transfer once the containers shut so the only humidity in the container is what was inside when the doors were closed. This is different than standard storage unit construction which allows moisture to constantly intrude inside which can allow for mold / mildew even if heated (particularly in the standard roll-up door style units).
Most storage space is also only heat to 55 or 65° which is not enough to prevent mold so your cardboard boxes, your photo albums, your sheets, your furniture can all become moldy and mildewy even if it's "climate controlled”. The shipping containers’ temperature is not controlled but we do apply a special solar paint to the roof to keep things a little cooler in the summer. The containers’ humidity is nearly always low because there is no humidity intrusion. We also offer dehumidifiers for rent. These are useful if you will be opening the doors frequently or if you're storing a vehicle inside and you bring it in in the winter dripping wet.
No flooding or water intrusion your stuff stays dry.
This is the Oregon coast. It rains a lot and there is flooding but not on our site! We are the highest elevation between the Trask River and Mill Creek. Some storage unit facilities have to sand-bag the openings to their roll-up bay doors. With our containers, your stuff stays dry because the units are sealed and they're elevated off the ground by several inches, further protecting your stuff.
No mice or rodents or spiders
You won't be surprised by mouse droppings or rats chewing on your things and you won't be carting spiders home because the units are completely sealed. No pests can enter the units.

Rental includes dedicated ramp, secure entrance, security cameras, 24/7 access. Does not include lock; you must bring and use your own lock. This rental secures a place to store items and does not guarantee the condition or environment of the items.
Requirements: Rental agreement and proof of Renter’s insurance or equivalent required. Your homeowner’s insurance may not cover stored items.
Prices are guaranteed for one year. Increases only happen each year (pro-rated to your initiation date). We have transparent pricing and policies. Price increases are only inflation + maintenance which is about 8% per year.
Cost displays at $90/month. The first two months will be billed at $45/month with $90 starting in Nov. 2026. Cost will be $100/month for new customers reserving after Dec. 1, 2026.
