Year around storage for your toys! Our facility has uncovered spaces and a security fence and gate. You have 24 hour access via a key-pad controlled main gate. The lot is well lit and camera coverage is included. Our lot is well maintained, so no mud!

Fast retrieval to start having fun. The angled parking with pull through also makes it fast and easy to retrieve or park your vehicle / trailer. The site is on-the-way to Sand Lake or just a few minutes off Highway 6 so that you can hook up and go to Sand Lake or the Bay straight away.
Fuel Cost Savings. Hauling toys over the pass costs money and is a slower drive and worrisome in the snow / ice. Save time and money and hassle by storing the toys near your playground. We’ve priced the smaller parking stalls to make this cost effective for frequent Sand Lake and Bay / River boat launch users coming from the Valley.
Benefits of the site design
Big trailer compatible. The site was designed to accommodate 40-foot trailers. Wide entrance = bring your big moving van or trailer. We have a 30 foot wide entrance with a 35- foot wide apron and 30-foot drive aisle widths with 30-35 foot wide corners for 90-degree turns.
Access. Keypad entrance. Facility is lit and security monitored. 24 hour access with pre-approval.
No blockage. On site if someone is moving in or out with a moving van parked inside. 30-foot lanes allow you to move your vehicle around someone else who's currently using the site.

Renting Process
Easy, Fast and all online / contactless and can be done on the mobile phone. No need for an appointment or to call. We keep the availability updated. I do recommend to create an account, but it’s not necessary to rent.

Vehicle must run, have no broken windows, current registration, no flat tires, not be inhabited.

The site perimeter and access is secure and under surveillance. however, we recommend that you provide your own theft deterrence with a tire claw and/or a hitch lock.
Cost displays at $90/month. The first two months will be billed at $45/month with $90 starting in Nov. 2026. Cost will be $100/month for new customers reserving after Dec. 1, 2026.
